Who We Are

MomsLikeMe is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering mothers through education, personal development, career advancement, financial wellness workshop, knowledge and entrepreneurship. Empowering women through education, advocacy, leadership development, employment support, settlement services, wellness programs, and community partnerships, while enabling women and families to achieve safety, independence, and lasting success.

We believe that when mothers have access to the right knowledge, skills, confidence, and resources, they are better equipped to create positive change for themselves, their families, and their communities.

What We Do

MomsLikeMe provides accessible educational and empowerment programs designed around the real-life needs of  women and mothers, including:

Our Reach

MomsLikeMe currently serves more than 500+mothers each year, for the past 6 years we have been delivering programming through a dedicated volunteer team.

The Opportunity

Many mothers face barriers that can limit their personal, professional and financial growth. Access to practical education, supportive networks and opportunities for development can help mothers build confidence, improve their economic stability and pursue new opportunities.

MomsLikeMe addresses these needs by bringing education and empowerment directly to mothers in an accessible, community-focused environment.

Our Vision

  • We envision a community where every mother has the knowledge, confidence, skills and support she needs to thrive whilst creating inclusive communities where every woman has the opportunity, support, and resources.

Our Funding Goal

With additional funding, MomsLikeMe aims to expand its reach, strengthen its programming, increase participation, develop partnerships, improve impact measurement and build the organizational capacity needed to serve more mothers.

Our goal is not simply to serve more mothers—it is to create measurable, lasting outcomes in the lives of the mothers we serve.
