The founder of the organization is Efe Akhabue, she drives the foundation’s mission with a team of professionals from expertise across various sectors of the economy.

Efe Akhabue has (12) years of experience in the technology industry and Social services A Certified Social Service Worker and A certified Project Management Professional with over 12 years of experience in project delivery, and a highly motivated individual with outstanding work performance. Efe has been responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects of varying sizes and complexities on time. As well as effectively leading project teams.

She possesses strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support, manage and influence key stakeholders up to C-Level executives as well as work colleagues.

A Mother of 4 (Four) kids, she is very passionate about strengthening, supporting, and encouraging women to be the best version of themselves and the importance of not only winning for themselves but for their children.

She’s overjoyed by the positive changes that happen when women, moms and their children are supported.

Having a mother who was a teacher, school principal, and education inspector, instilled in her a passion to tackle the most important problems relating to women unemployment & underemployment, economic stability, and Sustainability.
